I fell in love with architecture at a ridiculously young age. As a child, my father taught me how to draw scaled plans using graph paper and a straight edge; by 11 years old, I could be found at a drafting table in my bedroom, designing home plans for fake clients. I was fascinated by the way that the real world could be translated onto paper.
People benefit from good design, and my goal is to promote an appreciation for it. Because the built world surrounds all of us, strong design concepts impact every aspect of our life. We need to remain mindful of this and take some time to be thoughtful with design. I love sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm to improve our built environments and create delight.
