Warney Cellar & Tap

Warney Cellars & Tap brings new energy to downtown Scranton by transforming a portion of the historic Casey Laundry building into a warm, industrial-modern wine bar and restaurant. Fancy Parsley reimagined the raw character of the original structure—exposed brick, tall ceilings, polished concrete, and steel detailing—to create a series of dining experiences layered across three floors.

The first floor sets the tone with a curated wine bar and retail shop, while the second-floor dining room offers an elevated, light-filled setting framed by the building’s original brickwork. A full service kitchen operates efficiently from the lower level, supporting seamless service throughout the space. Outdoor seating extends into the alley beneath the fire escape, embracing the building’s urban fabric and adding vibrancy to the block.

By celebrating the building’s industrial bones while introducing a warm, contemporary hospitality aesthetic, Warney Cellars & Tap stands as a fresh addition to the city’s growing culinary scene.ERE
