Pittston Apartments

Downtown Pittston has undergone a major renaissance, featuring new streetscapes, facade programs, building murals, and entrepreneurial investments. While this two-story building initially lacked character and volume, its prime location made it a great investment opportunity. A third story, new windows, and a stair tower were added, creating four new residential rental units on the upper floors, while the main floor was revitalized as retail space.

Modern and minimal finishes were selected for these residential units to allow the developer to command a higher rent and maintain a timeless aesthetic most renters find desirable. Renderings for the proposed design were provided to market the units prior to completion to ensure full occupancy once available.
